PELATIHAN KADER POSYANDU MENGGUNAKAN KMS DINDING UNTUK DETEKSI ANAK STUNTING DI DESA PASAR MIRING KECAMATAN PAGAR MERBAU, DELI SERDANG

The prevalence of Stunting children in developing countries is still high including Indonesia. Basic health research Riskesdas, 2013 found that 37.2% were stunted. To detect stunting, community empowerment team used Height Score growth chart. Previous this chart had sensitivity and specificity. purpose study to improve skill posyandu caders using wall determine nutritional status children.
 A total 25 Posyandu cadres trained on the application Caders was evaluated by five components; pus wall, validation, posing children, detemine height dan status.
 Of 36 25% them stunteded, rather stunting 50% normal. Conclusion. Wall effective detecting stunted Posyandu.
